What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Hand Tremors?
I have these rare short attacks where I become very lightheaded, shaky in hands, flush in face, faint feeling, hot flash feeling and I see a spot in both eyes as if I looked at the sun. I have to lay down when having these attacks. The attacks last about 4 minutes and slowly fade away as the spots disappear. The symptoms are always the same.

Detailed neurological evaluation is needed in your case. Your direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy examination also should be done for further work up. I suggest you to check your blood pressure as well. If needed CT scan can be planned. According to cause specific treatment given. You can consult nearby physician for examination.
