What Causes Sudden Decline In Health Along With Urinary And Bowel Incontinence?

I am very concerned about my brother he has changed s much I have taken to numerous DRs and therpists specialist over the seven years. He know that everything is real and he knows that it is wrong what he doing. The best way to describe it is that he is 2 year old "living" in a 61 yr old body. IT seem to start in 2009 and is progessing getting worse. IF you like I can send you a year by year how he has declined,
I HAVE DOCUMENTed EVERYTHIING I HAVE BOXES FULL OF DOCTORS REPORTS. HE HAS BEEN TO SO MANY DRS THEY ARE AT A LOST
HE WENT FROM HARDWORKING MAN WHO HELD two job traveled around the world by himself. His bidy has changed so much that he pees and poops in himself he has--- it is been so hard on me even I don't recogized him!!! I an crying sie hard taht caN EVEN SEE HELP!!!!!

If it is not the disease condition he has then it must be some psychological disturbances he must be having, you have not mentioned any clinical history, as you said you gone to many doctor so some one must have gone up to some diagnosis because clinical examination is must for diagnosis and some doctor must have did that.
If this is the multiple pathologies or chronic illness then certain functional condition are likely, but it seems to be psychological disturbances as the history indicative of this, in my opinion you can consult the psychologist.
