What Causes Stomach Bloating ?

Age 45, having been exercising quite regularly including sit-up, hoping to get rid of my stomach. I have been having a lot of bloating. I am clearly not pregnant. Every morning my stomach looks much flatter but once in the afternoon or night , it will get bigger and bigger. Why?

Hello
You are having bloating , such symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Over eating .
2 Tension .
3 Anxiety
4 Indigestion.
These measures may be useful for you.
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks. It might also help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down. To help control bloating one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates or pizza or burger or greasy , spiced food .
Also take some enzyme preparation as an OTC product .
Hope these will be useful for you.
