What Causes Stomach Bloating And Blood In Urine?

Hi I m 37 female an about 3 weeks ago I had very visible blood in my urine, I was put on antibiotics for 7 days infection was gone but for the passed week I m still peeing blood and now my stomach is very bloated, I have no pain no need to pee often no burning??? The only pain now is my bloating I cut my salt an processed foods but still bloated an still blood in my urine? Please help

well i think there r two things together
1 gastritis
2 cystitis /uti
u must take pan d for gastritis and for cystitis /uti u must get your urine R/M and USG KUB done then tratment can be rationalised furthur after seeing report
