What Causes Spots In Front Of Vision Causing Blurrness?

i am 11 weeks pregnant and just started seeing spots in my left eye and was having difficulty seeing properly. I am otherwise healthy and normal BP and weight. I have a history of severe dry eyes,but have never had vision disturbances before.It lasted 10 minutes and is improving now.

Hello,

It could be due to scintillating scotoma seen with migraine. Headache may or may not be associated with it. However do get a routine dilated eye exam done to verify the same, by an ophthalmologist. Continue using the lubricating eye drops for dry eyes.
