What Causes Soreness In The Lower Abdomen And Urinary Retention?

Hi .I woke up this morning went to the bathroom.I had the urge to wee but when it started it went slowly as if something is blocking it but i ve experinced no pain.After that i started experiencing soreness on my lower left abdomen and as well as burning on my left lower back.is this something serious?

As your complaint typically suggestive of any kidney stone with smaller size may block the bladder output.

as your complaints of left low back pain may also suggesting the same Kidney stone(multiple).
Kindly do an ultrasound to rule out the cause for your problem.
