General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear friend,
Your child having small lump at injection site since 5 month. As per your description it may be chronic hematoma or calcification. And it is common after injection. Exact diagnosis can be done only after examination. As it is painless you should not be worried. But you can consult a surgeon for clinical examination and opinion for it.

Thank you.
