What Causes Sleeplessness Even After Zolpidam Usage?

I cannot sleep without taking one zolpidam and someone in my house has borrowed 6 of them some how. I have tried, calms forte, melatonin, herbal tea, heads to help sleep, NyQuil, zee quil, sleep aids over the counter, Benadryl, Tylenol pm, cannot find excedrine pm. What can I do to get sleep.

The fact that you've tried so MANY MANY drugs unsuccessfully to sleep which have not worked coupled with the fact that you "cannot sleep without taking one zolpidem...." suggests to me that you may be suffering from a serious sleep disorder of some type that should be formally investigated. Please consider speaking to your primary doctor for a referral to a sleep specialist who can help answer this question. Ultimately, it is not normal nor in your best interest to require medication to sleep. Your body should be able to perform this normal function just based upon the way it's put together. If not, there's a root cause that needs to be ferreted out. If you'd like some possible direction let me know.
