Hi , I am 27 years old , 5 feet 11 inch , 68 kgs. Medical History --------------- I was suffering from one side headache few years back My throat gets frequently infected during cold weather. ----------------------------------------------------------- My profession is Software Egg, most of the day i working sitting in one place, I do not exercise.Nowadays I feel lot of tiredness and sleepiness in the office, I yawn very frequently. I have developed dark circles under my eye. I feel pain in the joints. Can you please guide me to improve my health condition and gain more weight.
