I was at the gym the other day , I a female, 67 years old..... mid way thru strength upper and lower strength exercises with my trainer. I suddenly was short of breath, sweating, light headed , shaky, urge to pass stool. I had some Gatorade.... waited and felt a little better, still unbalanced , a bit out of it mentally.... Is this something to be concerned about or just wait as the symptoms are vague... thanks in advance
