What Causes Sharp Pain In The Eyebrow When Under Water?
hi i am 23 about 6ft and very fit and healthy i have started going swimming regualry for the past 2 months and i am very good at staying underwater and swimming underwater. but today when i was there the first ime i went under water i mus have got about half a metre deep and i had this very sharp pain around my right eyebrow and this has never happened before. it felt like a needle being pressed in to me then everyother time i would go underwater even just a little it would happen again and even now when i press that area it still hurts.
Hi The cause of sharp pain in your eye lid could be due to Stye. At present you might be having some pain in eye lid. I think you should avoid going to pool, put some antibiotics eye drops available at OTC like soframycin eye drops, local heat therapy to lid with sponge, take some OTC pain killer and if not cured then consult your ophthalmologist. Take Care
