What Causes Severe Thinness?

I am 32 years old 5' 10" and only weigh 120lbs. My face looks like a skeleton (sunken cheeks and eyes). I usually eat 1 meal a day in the evening and snack in the afternoon. I have plenty of energy and am usually never humgry. Do you think I might have a hidden problem?

Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

No, if you don't have any symptom then its unlikely. Weight should be according to height given by WHO. Its recommended that it should lie between that figure. Your BMI is 18.5 which is UNDERWEIGHT. You can consult a nutritionist for balanced healthy diet to gain weight.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow
up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Wishing you good health.
