What Causes Severe Shaking?

When I get out of the shower I always shake and I feel really over heated and don't feel well. But I shake so much. I have tried to see if maybe it was because the water was too hot, but cold showers still made me shake. Although it helped with the over heating. Why do I shake so much? Even if I have eaten I shake.

Dear sir I understood your concerns, usually shaking is normal incase of winter where body tries to generate heat by shaking skeleton muscles. But it should be for5 to 10 min max. If it's prolonged shows abnormality.
Some people may get shaking in severe malaria and some diseases like Parkinson's.
