I have a tooth that has really been hurting for about a week now and in the last hour or two the pain has radiated from my tooth to down my neck and into my uper chest.is this something that requires immediate attention or can I wait till tomorrow to see my dentist? I am 5'5" 250lbs female and age 24. I have never had any heart or lung problems. And aside from having a panic disorder I am otherwise helthy
