What Causes Severe Headaches,weak Stream Of Urination And Pain In Buttocks?

Hi Dr. I m a 46 year old male with symptoms that I ve been having about 3 days. I ve got severe headache muscle aches mid trunk area from just about mid thigh area up to just below diaphragm stomach feels bloated feel like I have to urinate really bad as I m making way to toilet I really have a hard time holding it. When I finally make it to toilet it s a small stream a little darker than normal feel somewhat lethargic very weak lots of sweating no fever skin feel cold and achy to the touch bowel rite before any early symptoms about 2 days had a little green in it but bowel is somewhat normal now just pain in area mentioned above. Everything is tender to the touch. What is going on?

Bloating might be related to Aerophagia (swallowing of air), acid peptic disease, Liver and gall bladder disease

Poor stream and hesitancy at urination could be caused by prostate disorder or UTI

Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise you to visit a general physician for a battery of testslol like urine culture and an ultrasound with blood profile like Liver function test and CBC; Blood sugar testing.

Meanwhile you can take pantoprazole with antacids
Avoid fatty fried and junk food or carbonated drinks
Say no to smoking and alcohol
