Hi thanks for posting your query and welcome to HCM.You have mentioned in details that you have symptoms like headache and acidity .The main cause of these symptoms is faulty diet and lifestyle due to which there is aggravation of pitta or heat in the body causing impairment of digestion leading to ama formation in manovahi strotras( nervous system) causing headache, acidity and associated symptoms.Firstly you have to strictly follow proper diet plan along with lifestyle changes and yoga.
Diet
Avoid pitta aggravating diet like spicy, sour, tea, coffee, alcohol, non veg.
Consume food which have cooling effect on body such as mint, cucumber, coconut water ,aloe vera, amla.
Avoid processed,canned,frozen food .
Have fresh fruits ,green vegetables, salad in diet.
Have 1 tsp of brahmi Churn with milk daily.
Soak few almonds, few walnuts in water overnight and consume in the morning.
Practising yoga as an as and pranayam would be really effective like bhastrika, bhramri, anulom vilom, pavanmuktasan, bhujangasan, vajrasan.
Follow Panchkarma procedures like
Nasya( administration of Anu oil into both nostrils)
Shirodhara( pouring medicated oil over forehead)
Massage( head massage with medicated brahmi oil)
Go for a walk daily.
Stay positive and stress free.
I hope your doubts are clear. In case you want more information, you are most welcome
Best wishes for good health!
