What Causes Severe Abdominal Pains Radiating To Groins?

my husband has severe abdominal pains on the right side going towards the groin area. We suspect it is kidney stone and he is taking rowatinex for the last 2 days. I gave him 2 buscopan plus about an hour ago but the pain hasn't subsided. Can he take Tramacet now and how soon after?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
He can be given tramacet for pain.
Get his ultra sound done for stone and urine test (Routine and microscopy and culture , sensitivity) for infection and stone.
Rowatinex is fine, but he also needs antibiotics.
See a doctor for detail examination and proper prescription.
Hope this suggestion will help you.
Good Luck.
