What Causes Right Abdominal Pain With Urination Pain?

My husband was experiencing pain in right abdominal area last week for several days. It became so severe that he went to the ER in Denver during his business trip. He was worked up for appendicitis (CAT scan and blood work.) They released him with no diagnosis. Today he is complaining of pain upon urination with no blood present. Any ideas?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having appendicular pain or urinary tract infection with renal colic.
Go for routine urine check up.
You might require one course of antibiotic and some antispasmodic medicines.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
