Hello

Hematuria(blood in urine) may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),calculus in genitourinary tract, malignancy etc.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME,urine culture and sensitivity, renal function test, ultrasound of abdomen.
Further investigations like CT scan of abdomen can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
