What Causes Red Itchy Lines On The Arms And Legs?

my son (34 yrs of age) has several red, itchy lines on his arms, legs and mid section.
he has had the round hives when he was in his 20's but taking benedryl & a warm bath in Aveeno lotion, with slow results....
taking benedryl & Aveeno baths, he is not seeing results...today is the 5 or 6th day he has been dealing with this
any solutions thank you

1) Correct Iron and b-complex deficit
2) Do full blood count with differential
3) Take medication as per exact causes.
