What Causes Recurring Headaches?

Hi, my husband has couple headaches in couple days when he gets some gasoline at gas station. It is worse headaches he never has. I took him to ER, they said he has sinus headaches. But why it happens again today? He is almost pass out. What can I do? Thanks.

I suggest getting an CT head is better idea to rule out any grave pathology,
prescence of triggering factor like exposure to gasoline of odour is suggesting migraine however it can be only after having the investigation done.
Consulating local neurologist will help.
