What Causes Recurrent Small Bump Inside Lid?

i've had a small 'bump' removed from rite lower inside lid 4 times; i've had a diagnosis of 1)wart, 2(cancer & 3)pyogenic granuloma. each time it's 'regrown', in less time & more aggressive, in the same spot. my ophthalmologist wants it removed again, but i'm hesitant due to regrowth. it's been cut out, burned off & frozen, but still it recurs. i've been using azasite & bromday off & on along w/cosopt & zioptin. some days the growth actually seems to receed, other days it seems to be very irritated & aggressive; it waxes & wanes. is there some eye clinic or specialist in america that deals in this particular eye problem? i'm pretty burned out from the doctors here in the northwest part of the country. i feel they may be missing the real root of this problem.
thanx, mec
