What Causes Recurrent Infections After Kidney Removal?

Hello I had 1/3 of my left kidney removed about 6 weeks ago and I keep getting infections the kidney is leaking into abdomen I now have a Cath in my lung too the doctor gave me another type of antibiotic I ve had so many because I keep getting infections I don t think the kidney will stop leaking do you and what do I do
