You have to rule out any Otological ear infection if present by taking history regarding ear pain and Otoscopy ear examination. Symptomatic management can be done that.
Meanwhile check your blood pressure and sugar level. Maintain hydration as suggest you consult physician for examination.

For the past several months, my 42 year old husband has been experiencing headaches, dizziness, light headed, weakness, fatigue, unstable blood pressure going really high or really low with no in between, night sweats, and says he s freezing a lot in the evening hours. No fever. He s had exams/blood work for diabetes, etc. along with MRI and stress test, which all report back normal. He has passed out with these symptoms. It appears to get worse each week. There s definitely something going on with him but we re not getting results from family physician or ER physicians. I truly feel he may have a blockage decreasing blood flood to the brain. Yes, he has smoked since he was 15-16 years old. Please advise.

I m only 17 years old, this is accompanied with fatigue almost every day and my teeth clatter very faintly almost ever day. What could this be?

I have been having headaches varying in severity for 4 months now . I have recently in past fortnight become very fatigued and struggle to get out of bed and have nondrive to do normal things like tidy up etc I have also been having random boots of hiccups when I stand up and have a nerve type pain in my lower back. My own doctor cannot see me for another month. I also have a great urgency and frequency to pee all the time and cam get up 5 times a night just to pee this is causing a sleep disturbance as well as the headaches and lower back pain
