In graves disease, the main clinical manifestaions on skin include warm , moist skin, heat intolerance, skin rashes, hives , itching. These hives are due to the disease because there are very less chances of drug reactions are seen in levothroxin or synthroid.on proper treatment all the symtoms come down slowly.
