What Causes Raised Veins Along The Right Temple?

I have just noticed in the last couple of days that I have some raised veins along my right hairline along my temple. I haven't noticed it before, it does go down some but does not completely disappear. Any ideas? forget it, I'm not paying you to answer this question...what a joke.

As the age advances veins along the temple may become prominent. These also become prominent during stress particularly when one is angry and also in hypertension.
