What Causes Puffy Eyes And Blurred Vision?

hi. so recently i ve had this gritty feeling in my eyes that starts at the end of every day. my eyes are puffy and i wake up with crust all over my eyes and i have to pry them open in the morning. now my mom recognized a red spot in the inner corner of my right eye. my vision fluctuates and i have to blink a few times to get it into focus. any clues as to what might be happening to my eyes? thanks

it is dry eye associated with blepharitis. are you using contactlens. it can give rise to dry eye and corneal errosion. there should be complete eye examination of your eyes by eye doctor. start applying refresh eye tear drop, clean your eye lid with sterale swab. apply neosporine ophthalmic eye ointment on lid margin at bedtime. eye doctor need to examine yor eye and exclude corneal ulcer. the red spot can also be a rupture of blood vessel. this is to be confirmed by eye doctor.
