I ve been noticing a slight puffiness under my eyes, however not directly under the eye, more closer to the cheek and a swelling in one of my eye lids that went away after i stopped using old mascara and stopped drinking a glass or two of wine every night. I now am drinking water, orange juice and frech lemon juice squeezed in water and fresh salads. I am physically active and watch all carbs, fats and sugars strictly in my diet ---eat plenty of veggies, fruit, light meat & fish. I also have irratble bowels occasionally and experience abdominal cramps right before I have my bowel movements in the morning. (I notice these cramps stop when I stop eating (fresh venison or frozen processed chicken) so I limit these foods when these symptoms appear.) I also am a clean-nut (since my twenties) when it comes to my daily morning bowel movements, and douch both my rectum, then vagina thoroughly after my morning costitution --- by squatting in the tub and thoroughly flushing all out with running water then doucheing with a mild vinegar solution I make every day (I sometimes alternate with baking soda) then rinsing with soap & water. I am wondering if I have a slight inbalance or infection with my kidnet --- and am wondering if I should get some cranberry juice or eat fresh cranberries ? Any information would be greatly appreciated ...
