What Causes Poor Flow And Freqent Urination?

i HAVE VERY POOR FLOW WHEN URINATING AND ALSO I HAVE TO GO TO THE TOILET ABOUT ONCE AN HOUR. WHEN THERE I ONLY PRODUCE ABOUT 250ML OF URINE. COFFEE (CAFFEINATED OR DECAFFIENATED) OR TEA (BOTH CAFFEINATED AND DECAFFEINATED) SEEM TO MAKE ME WANT TO URINATE SOON AFTER CONSUMING THEM. HOW CAN I REGAIN NORMAL FLOW AND FREQUENCY WHEN URINATING?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have poor flow with frequent urge of urination. Your age and sex is very important for me.

If you are old age male then it is very common problem due to benign prostatic hyperplasia. You should go for ultrasound prostate to know exact size and volume of prostate. Drugs like prazocin or terazocin is helpful. Finateride can be taken to reduce the size . These are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

If you are female then you should search other cause.
