What Causes Pinkish Discharge And Blood In The Urine With Pain?

Hi, I need help please. I frequently have to pee but little comes out. I am having burning pain at the end of peeing, I have subtle hints of pinkish discharge and tiny microscopic specks of blood when peeing. I had sex two days ago and this problem all started today. I have no idea what is wrong with me.
