What Causes Persistent Pain In Body?

I have been having pain off and on for 30 ys. I have had ultra sounds, endoscopies upper and lower. Every test I have ever had has come back normal. I have been scheduled for a hida scan. My only fear is will this be another normal and what is next. Or is there anything else I can do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Although some may diagnose you as Hypochondriac, I really believe you have chronic pain. May I know what are the main areas of pain in your body? Do you sleep normally?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nachiappan, General & Family Physician
