Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Chronic headache, forgetfulness etc can be the symptoms of dementia or migraine.
Both of them are clinical diagnosis in which all reports are normal.
So neurologist consultation is must for the diagnosis.
If it is migraine then you will mostly improve with all these lifestyle modifications.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Avoid oily and spicy food.
4. Avoid fasting, take your meals timely.
5. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
6. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
7. Start combination of Propranolol and flunarizine at night before bedtime.
If you are having migraine then you will mostly improve in 1 month. Otherwise consult neurologist for dementia.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
