What Causes Pelvic Pain And Stomach Cramps With Frequent Urination?
Hi, I'm 8 days late for my period. I have sharp pains now and then in my pelvic area and cramping just above the vaginal area and in my abdomen. I am frequently urinating (moreso than usual). Also experiencing fatigue and slight bloating and tender and hard nipples. What could this be?

if you are sexually active rule out pregnancy by urinary kit test at home. as pregnancy can sometimes give rise to these symptoms. if preg test neg then get Urine analysis as that may be most likely cause of ur symptoms
