What Causes Painless White Lump On Leg?
my boyfriend has a lump about the size of a 5p on his leg. it is white and totally painless. he tried to pop it with a needle and no blood or puss came out. and it didnt hurt when he stabbed it with the needle over and over again.... what could this be

it could be a simple cyst or a fibroma based from your description. if he's bothered by it, or if it's limiting his function and mobility, he could opt for surgical removal. a consult with a general surgeon or an orthopedic surgeon would be good for him.
