Hematologist 's  Response
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Please clear that whether you have pain at time passing urine or at time of passing stool.

Both are totally different. Pain at time of urination suggest some kidney problem andpain Iin defecation suggest gastrointestinal problems. Hemorrhoid can easily diagnosed by examination. You are not getting diagnosis so I assume that its not hemorrhoid or routine urinary tract infection.

Please send me your all reports so that I can help you further.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
