What Causes Painful Urination And Vaginal Bleeding?

Today I woke up at 7 with an urge to urinate , once I did it hurt towards the end and when I cleaned myself blood spotted the toilet paper. It is11:52 and I am still having that problem. I start my period tomorrow so, maybe thats the reason for the blood. I do have intercorse but I always use a condom. Is this a uti? Please help and what can I do to treat it?

Based on your symptoms I would say that you have UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine clture done to trace out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily wirh urine alkalizer thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

Get prescription from your family physician ..

Ensure to drink more water.
