What Causes Painful Urination And Blood In Urine?

Hi. For the past few days I ve experienced pain while urinating. Then since Monday I noticed blood when i wipe after peeing. I also have cramps, occasional pain on the side and lower back and it stings even after I pee. I also have greenish discharge for over a month now, but not too much that I was not really alarmed until this week. Thought this might be connected. What can this be?

Plenty of water
Tab urimax at bed time
Tab ceftum bd for five days
Tab pyridium od for five days it causes red colour urine
