General & Family Physician 's  Response
My opinion as per your details provided is that it should be of a dilated vein. When did the pain start? How pain is progressing since then? What causing pain to get worse? how the pain getting relieved? Is the pain radiating to your abdominal region or nearby ? Do you have fever? Is your leg Swollen? Was the pain interfering in any sense with your normal routine activity? I also need your age, occupation along with any Surgery been done to you in the past if any? Are you a Diabetic/ Hypertensive and if so are you on regular treatment ?

I would like to have the above details from you to help you further.
