When I stand up, get up from laying down, bending over, sometime walk a little to fast (right after getting up) my head hurts (as of my brain is bouncing around,throbbing) it last for about 20-30 seconds and the slower I go the more it eases down! Over the past two nights I have woke up with a head ach which is new to me once on my right side and once on the left side (pain bein behind my eyes each time). This doesn't happen daliy but every few months it will. When it does happen it will go in for about two days give or take a few. I'm 23 yr old female and 5'7 about 200lbs and mother of two.
