Hi
welcome to HCM
Looking at your history and symptoms it seems to be UTI epididymitis
in my opinion you should get your urine test for culture and sensitivity test

depending upon the presence of invading bacteria and it's susceptibility to an antibiotic take a course of suitable antibiotic under supervision of your doctor

you should take doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 10 days
plenty of fluids

hope this helps you
good luck
