What Causes Pain In Right Temple When Clenching Right Molars?

I have a unilateral headache, that is, only at my right temple. And, there is a sort of pain somewhere in my right molars, i just don t know exactly where. When I clench my right molars together, the pain in my right temple intensifies. What do you think is this?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain on the teporal region on cleanching can be because of the myofacial pain dysfunction syndrome or it can be a protective co contraction secondary to any injury or biting on hard food. Nothing to be panic. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. If i am your treating doctor, I would suggest yoy to take a course of analgesics with muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory drug, like ibuprofen, chlorzoxazone, and serratiopeptidase combination.
You can give cold and hot fomentation over the muscle. If it is not subsiding in 3-4 dauys, consult a oral physician immediately.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
