What Causes Pain In My Stomach After I Eat?

After having food within an hour i have a stomach pain and passing out it as a semisolid motion....pplz temme the way to cure it and i have pain oly in left side of stomach my age is 45...before i had a loose motion fa two days continuously but now no loose motion its passing as semi solid with fowl smell

Hi.
Thanks for your query and proper history.
Since you has loose motions for two days, I think you have taken proper treatment.
The cause for your present problem looks to be :
Half-treated or untreated intestinal infection.
I would suggest you the following:
First of all , consult a Doctor or a Gastroenterologist to get you physically checked, investigated and get a proper dose of antibiotics and metronidazole.

This should solve your problem.
If no complete relief you may need further investigations:
Ultrasonography / CT scan of the abdomen to see if there is a septic focus in the abdomen other than the intestines like appendicitis, lymph node mass or so.
Examination of the blood, urine and stool.
Colonoscopy if required.
And treatment according to the cause fond.
