i recently bent down on both knees to clean under my sink. My left knee had instant pain next to the need cap, it was uncomfortable and painful (like i had knelt on something sharp). Since then, on the outside of my knee, as been feeling a little numb. To coincide with this, when walking around I get the occasional tingle to the right of my shin bone on that same leg (left)... i have no idea of what happened but have been reading about a torn LCL?? could kneeling down simply have done this... Thanks!
