What Causes Pain In Left Lower Abdomen?

I have a soreness in my left lower abdominal after playing softball. I didn t do anything that I can remember to injure it. It s also not the first time I felt this pain. Usually after a few days or about week it s gone. Is it something I should be concern about?

Hi welcome to HCM
Your pain is most likely related to muscular strain,Athletic pubalgia. It is related to overusage of your muscles while playing leading to sudden tear..If you have symptoms related to urination go to an emergency. Also get an ultrasound abdomen to confirm the diagnosis.Meanwhile use analgesics like tab.voveron and antacids like tab.pantop..Drink plenty of fluids and fruits..take electrobion sachets.Consult you doctor for expert management.
Thankyou
