What Causes Pain In Left Arm With Alternating Hot And Cold Flashes?

I have been having left arm pain and alternating between hot flashes and feeling cold. I am 51, so probably premenopausal and also have a grand daughter that I carry around with the left arm all the time, Just want to make sure these are reasonable explanations for what is going on and that it is not heart related. My dad passed away at age 48 of a heart attack.

Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com

I suggest you to take rest for your arm. You can use water hot water fermentation to reduce the pain. Once the pain come down try to do some stretching and active exercise of arm. If still pain persist, please see orthopedic doctor who will advice you the further depending on the clinical findings.

Please feel free to contact me and I will happy to assist you.

With best wishes,
