My hands are pruning excessively when they get wet- even for a short a period a time as washing them. They often become painful(particularly after prolonged exposure to water) and don t return to normal unless they are kept dry for hours. Any ideas what may be going on? I ve never had this problem before, but i have recently moved to china. Could that be a factor as well? Thank you!
