What Causes Pain During Urination?

I am a little worried about the area I pee from which I believe is called the meatus? It feels slightly bigger than usual and sometimes a little sore\sensitive to touch,I am a sexually active 20 year old female and know for sure my partner and I have no sexual infections etc

In my opinion it can be a urinary tract infection. In my patients who come with these symptoms I ask them to get their urine tested for infection and take plenty of fluids avoid shampoo and soaps at urinary openings.
