What Causes Pain During Urination, Blood Stains And Less Volume Of Urine?

when i go pee i pee very little and then get a sharp painful pain and i cant pee anymore, also blood like kinda small chunks and thin strings come out. i feel like i have to pee all the time but i can only get out very little. whats wrong? and do i need to see a doctor??
