What Causes Pain And Urinary Incontinence After A Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy yesterday. very suddenly this evening I developed urgency to urinate and pain upon urination. The urine has a very strong and strange odor that I thought was similar to the Bell just charge after the colonoscopy. the urgency and the pain is increasing every time I urinate. not sure what to do. thanks for your help.
