It might just be a typical UTI but there are a few other symptoms than just the pain and irritation. I have been having a lot of white discharge, Hardly appetite at all.my belly is swollen and I have no sex drive and I'm 20. I'm not pregnant I have my regular cycle and all the ept say NEGATIVE.

According to cause specific treatment must be given. If urine shows acute infection than antibiotic course should be prescribed. Take care and avoid excess spicy foods.
